Faroe Island Salmon and Shellfish Class

On Saturday, March 23rd from 2 to 5, Omaha's very own Chef Claude with will be at Helping U Barbeque to teach a grilling class on Faroe Island salmon, diver scallops, shrimp, and East Point oysters.  During the class, Claude will discuss fish selection for purchase, what to look for to identify fresh salmon, and reasons for leaving the skin on or having it removed.  Claude will tell you which type of scallops and shrimp are best for grilling and finally how to cook oysters right on the grill.

He will be using ceramic eggs to demonstrate both direct and indirect cooking techniques that will work on any grill.

Claude also plans to prepare a "Chef's special" to be announced.  We will be sampling all of this great food throughout the demonstration.  Helping U BBQ looks forward to seeing you here for this exciting class at The HUB!
