Nebraska’s own Blane Hunter head pit-master of Porky Butts BBQ is coming back for another class! Learn how to grill Korean BBQ pork belly burnt ends over a sweet and sour slaw and grilled Smithfield pork tenderloin topped with a rhubarb chutney.

*Class will include meat selection, meat- prep and trimming, fire management, flavor development and presentation
*Class will conclude with Barbecue samples and open Q&A session
