This class covered it all. Ron did not show just one way to do things, he covered different cuts and styles of ribs and chicken and prepared multiple ways. It was great to SEE and TASTE the differences. Covered competition as well as everyday BBQ. Highly recommend this class!

Thank you so much for offering this class. I truly enjoyed both the discussion and the hands on nature of the class. The ribs were delicious. I was so inspired that I drove to Costco and picked up a set of St Louis and Baby Back ribs. I prepared them as directed and put them on the smoker. Four hours later, I tested them and they were done. They were shared with family and friends who gave them rave reviews. Thank you for making the dinner a success!
Holiday Meats was my first class at HUB and it came highly recommended. It lived up to the hype as it was excellent. I definitely recommend to anyone interested in learning some basics or looking for a simple, easy to understand, relaxed environment to go over some best practices and different options for preparing meats. I can’t wait to come to another class at HUB.
I really enjoyed the class, the teacher, John and Ron, and the whole experience. Learned a few things too.
