Brisket and Pork Butt Class

On March 14th, Helping U Barbeque will be teaching a brisket and pork butt class. Class will run from 2:00PM to 5:00PM Saturday afternoon and is $85.00 per student. During the class we will cover brisket and butt preparation, cooking times, temperatures, foiling and wrapping techniques, and finally finishing. We will have something on a smoker when you get here so you will have the opportunity to taste what is being taught during class. See you there!
