Helping U Barbeque HUB Poultry Brine is a unique mix of powdered buttermilk, salt, sugar, and spices. It took a few years for us to find just the right blend to up the game on cooking poultry. This has become and absolute favorite for HUB customers and a go too for Thanksgiving turkey and awesome on chicken. Some have even used it as a rub too.
Turkey: 1 1/2 cups brine with 2 gallons of water. Brine for 8 hours, drain and place in smoker or oven. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Chicken: 3/4 cups brine with 1 gallons of water. Brine for 8 hours, drain and place in smoker or oven. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
